What you will do

  • Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with midsize to enterprise clients in the Energy sector, focusing on Oil & Gas, Renewables, and Utilities.
  • Originate and manage business opportunities and sales pipelines to meet revenue targets.
  • Present tailored value propositions to senior executives and manage complex sales cycles involving multiple teams.
  • Scope projects and define business solutions aligned with client needs and outcomes.
  • Plan and mobilize cross-functional teams including solution design, UX, technical, and delivery teams.
  • Manage and mitigate risks through tactical planning during sales engagements.

Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years of experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, or related industrial sectors with technology sales exposure.
  • Proven success in business development and closing enterprise accounts in energy markets.
  • Excellent understanding of the Oil & Gas industry, including key players, business models, and challenges.
  • Native or fully bilingual English proficiency.
  • Strong strategic, creative, and analytical skills with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to client needs.
