What you will do
- Implement strategies and initiatives at a country level.
- Develop business strategies and sales plans in partnership with local teams.
- Oversee market intelligence processes and provide necessary training to local sales teams.
- Manage relationships with customers and key accounts.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Organize after-sales service activities and manage contracts.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering; MBA in Sales & Marketing is a plus.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Utility/Power business.
- Proficient in MS Office and demonstrated negotiation skills.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Knowledge of substations and automation practices.
