What you will do

• Collaborate with the Project Team to define execution strategy and oversee planning, monitoring, financials, and resource management.
• Manage project risks, opportunities, contract closure, and procurement activities.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders including partners, clients, manufacturers, contractors, and regulators.
• Lead task assignment, performance monitoring, and project documentation to ensure proper execution.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and policies.
• Drive formal project acceptance and contract close-out with client acknowledgment.

Requirements

• Must be willing to work onsite in Pasir Gudang, Johor, Malaysia.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in electrical systems or related industry.
• Proficient with project scheduling and reporting tools such as SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and Power BI; Primavera P6 is a plus.
• Project Management certification is highly desirable.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards is highly desirable.
