What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and project deliverables.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution, including scheduling and milestone tracking.
• Manage project status across internal and client-specific platforms like Grand Bazaar and Backlot.
• Handle financial tasks including client invoicing, bid submissions, and purchase order management.
• Maintain and update internal guidelines and documentation based on client requirements.
• Identify project risks and escalate issues to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in Malaysia.
• Proven experience in project management or client-facing roles.
• Strong proficiency in project tracking systems and documentation management.
• Ability to manage financial administrative tasks such as invoicing and bidding.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder and internal team coordination.
