TL;DR

What you will do
- Serve as the primary client contact through CLP and manage expectations, updates, risks, and deliverables.
- Own assigned projects from start to finish, maintaining schedules, milestones, and delivery timelines.
- Track project status across Grand Bazaar, Backlot, and CLP, coordinating delivery rejection and asset QC resolution.
- Update internal guidelines and documentation based on Netflix Partner Help Center changes and client communications.
- Handle invoicing, final bids, purchase orders, cost approvals, and financial tracking.
- Prepare project reports, identify risks, and escalate issues to Team Leads and Production.
Requirements
- Experience coordinating end-to-end projects and managing schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Strong client and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to manage project documentation, status reporting, approvals, and purchase orders.
- Ability to coordinate quality-control resolutions and address delivery issues across project platforms.
- Availability to work remotely from Malaysia.
