What you will do

• Lead cross-functional project teams in Power Electronics, Mechanics, Control and Automation, and Engineering.
• Drive development and implementation of multiple product roadmap items with R&D and stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, budget, risk, and change control across multiple R&D projects.
• Develop comprehensive reporting and stakeholder management.
• Set up and manage partnerships with external development and production suppliers.
• Support process improvements towards lean and agile methods in R&D.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Milan, Italy.
• University degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or similar.
• More than 3 years of technical project management experience in full lifecycle product development.
• Experience with Scrum or similar Agile-Lean frameworks.
• Excellent English skills; knowledge of German, French or other European languages is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

• Experience in EV charging and Automotive industry product development using APQP.
