What you will do

• Participate in three six-month rotations across different business units and functions.
• Work on projects in quality engineering, software engineering, consulting, sales, manufacturing operations, project engineering, project management, and R&D.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create new value.
• Engage with advanced technologies such as HVDC, transformers, grid protection, and control systems.
• Promote the program internally and externally using your network and available tools.
• Develop leadership potential through commitment to leadership pillars and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Requirements

• Must have permanent authorization to work in the United Kingdom; sponsorship is not available.
• Excellent English communication skills required.
• Master’s degree in STEM-related engineering or related disciplines completed by September 2026.
• Strong analytical skills, adaptability, and high-quality work standards.
• Leadership potential and intercultural sensitivity.
