What you will do

  • Lead and inspire teams by embodying leadership pillars: vision, collaboration, accountability, and people development.
  • Define and evolve IT/OT architecture for HVDC Control & Protection ensuring integration and cybersecurity compliance.
  • Manage full lifecycle of IT/OT systems aligned with business goals and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate across R&D, engineering, operations, and product owner teams to deliver secure solutions.
  • Drive transformation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives in digital infrastructure and operational technology.
  • Engage with global customers to communicate solutions and influence R&D roadmap.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT/OT architecture, industrial networking, cybersecurity, and digital operations in energy or industrial automation sectors.
  • Strong communication skills bridging technical and operational teams.
  • Passion for digital innovation, security, and continuous improvement in dynamic environments.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused mindset with strong responsibility.
  • Fluent English required; proficiency in Swedish or other languages is a plus.
