Salary: $134,400–$176,400 per year

What you will do

• Design, build, and measure complex ELT jobs that process disparate data sources.
• Develop streaming and batch pipelines, data marts, and data warehouse solutions.
• Establish data quality standards and implement tools that improve data accuracy and reliability.
• Document data flows, database designs, systems, and related technical information.
• Collaborate with Investment Management stakeholders, Data Analysts, Data Architects, and BI developers.
• Translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience with data analytics, data modeling, and database design.
• 5+ years of experience with ELT methodologies and tools.
• 5+ years of experience designing, developing, tuning, and troubleshooting SQL.
• 3+ years of coding and scripting experience with Python, Java, or Scala.
• 2+ years of experience with Apache Spark.

Nice to have

• Experience with Informatica PowerCenter or Informatica IDMC.
• Experience with Vertica, Snowflake, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Investment Management domain knowledge, including security masters, securities trade and reconciliation operations, reference data management, and pricing.
• Familiarity with investment data platforms, IBOR/ABOR systems, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
