What you will do

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound efforts
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Representatives on strategic account plans
  • Route qualified leads to sales professionals for closure
  • Co-design and execute targeted sales campaigns to boost brand visibility
  • Conduct research to gather contact and account intelligence
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records using CRM software

Requirements

  • Location: Must be onsite in Milan, Italy
  • English: Professional fluency (C2) required
  • First experience in sales, business development, or account management in software or financial services
  • Strong communication, objection handling, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, finance or economics advantageous

Nice to have

  • Background or knowledge in fixed-income credit or financial software
