Define and accelerate the future of underwriting and pricing across the global insurance ecosystem.
Drive product strategy and platform modernization.
Engage with industry leaders to shape capability direction.
Oversee delivery of shared platform capabilities across multiple product lines.
Lead and grow a team of product managers and platform strategists.

Requirements

15+ years in insurance technology or underwriting analytics.
5+ years leading product teams.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
Deep understanding of underwriting and pricing workflows.
Experience with AI/ML enablement in risk or underwriting platforms preferred.
