What you will do
- Build and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed annual goals aligned with company vision.
- Drive the sales process from prospecting to closure, collaborating with sales colleagues and internal stakeholders.
- Lead business development within assigned territories for insurance companies and partner with solution specialists for proposals and demos.
- Act as point of contact for risk, finance, actuarial, and investment functions at clients.
- Market and develop solutions for the insurance sector and expand Moody’s footprint in the wider insurance industry.
- Collaborate with product management and strategy teams to improve product quality and develop new revenue sources.
Requirements
- Location: Based in or able to work hybrid in London, United Kingdom
- Experience in direct B2B sales, preferably in (Re)insurance and/or Insurance Linked Securities.
- Deep understanding of the (Re)insurance industry and interest in capital markets, data, and software.
- Proven consultative selling skills and ability to lead complex sales cycles.
- Basic understanding of AI concepts and enthusiasm for learning AI tools to improve processes.
- Undergraduate degree in economics, finance, or related field preferred.
