What you will do

• Act as a servant-leader for an Agile team, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices.
• Facilitate team meetings and remove obstacles to progress.
• Guide the scrum team in adopting and implementing the Scrum framework.
• Work closely with the product owner to plan and execute sprints.
• Identify and manage risks while monitoring project goals.
• Coach the team on self-organization and Agile principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2-5 years of experience in an Agile environment.
• Leadership skills and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Suitability of Public Trust clearance.

Nice to have

• Certified Scrum Master.
• SAFe certification.
