What you will do

• Lead the Data & Analytics agenda within the On Premise department by building a robust data ecosystem and ensuring efficiency, quality, and governance.
• Design and implement effective Data Management and Governance processes to create integrated, reliable databases.
• Develop customer-centric dashboards to streamline insights and drive actionable decision-making for stakeholders.
• Produce clean, data-driven reports with actionable recommendations for strategic objectives, using Power BI.
• Lead strategic commercial planning by aligning short-term goals with sustainable medium- and long-term growth.
• Analyze and evaluate performance metrics to uncover commercial trends and generate data-driven opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Advanced English proficiency for global teamwork and tool access coordination.
• Experience in data analysis and modeling, with a proven ability to produce actionable business insights.
• Expertise in Power BI, Python, and Snowflake.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Strong skills in building and automating dashboards and performance indicators.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in consumer goods companies or environments with high-volume data operations.
