What you will do

• Define product vision and strategy for global service and recurring revenue portfolio including warranty, maintenance, and digital services.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from market research to rollout and scaling across regions.
• Develop sustainable recurring revenue models ensuring profitability and strong customer experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, market operations, and commercial teams to build scalable solutions.
• Leverage customer feedback and market trends to refine and expand service offerings.
• Define and monitor KPIs to improve efficiency, cost structure, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Energy Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Product Management or Business Development, ideally in energy, technology, or SaaS sectors.
• Strong understanding of recurring revenue models, pricing mechanics, and customer value creation.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs and operational insights into scalable product solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across functions and hierarchies.
• Fluent in English and German.
