What you will do

• Define the roadmap for IT- and SCADA-related service products and align it with business strategy and customer needs.
• Analyze markets, competitors, and customer requirements to identify opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT security, and service teams to develop technical solutions.
• Prepare product documentation, pricing structures, and training materials.
• Support global sales teams with technical and commercial expertise.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure smooth product development and rollout.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in product management, product development, or strategy for digital products.
• Proven experience in developing and launching service products.
• Knowledge of security principles, international standards, and risk management.
• Strong analytical, strategic, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; German or Spanish is a plus.
