Technical Product Manager (Fintech): Building and scaling key capabilities of a Trust Platform, making it fast, easy, and rewarding for developers and nontechnical users to configure, integrate, and operate identity workflows with an accent on logic/orchestration engine and no-code visual builder. Focus on governance features such as audit logs, versioning, permissioning, and compliance-driven transparency, and developer experience through state of the art API design, ensuring documentation, SDKs, and sandbox environments are best-in-class.

What you will do
- Own the logic/orchestration engine that handles conditional routing, decisioning, and failover mechanisms across verification journeys.
- Design an intuitive "Studio interface for non-technical users to create and maintain complex workflows without writing code.
- Deliver high-granularity version control, audit logs, and explainability so customers can trace what happened and why decisions were made.
- Optimize DX through state of the art API design, ensuring documentation, SDKs, and sandbox environments are best-in-class.
- Act as the primary interface for internal stakeholders to ensure they can deploy and support custom customer setups efficiently.
- Define and drive a migration strategy for existing customers to the Trust Platform, together with Product, Engineering, and Commercial functions.
Requirements
- Proven product management experience, ideally in SaaS / platform products with technical depth.
- Experience building workflow/orchestration, rules/decisioning, or platform configuration products (including reliability concepts like failover).
- Strong understanding of API product management and developer experience best practices.
- Experience delivering tooling for non-technical users (no-code/low-code builders, configuration UIs, admin consoles).
- Familiarity with governance features such as audit trails, versioning, permissioning, and compliance-driven transparency.
- Excellent communication skills, able to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience in identity verification, fintech, or other regulated industries.
- Knowledge of API security, authentication/authorization, and compliance standards.
- Experience executing customer migrations.
