What you will do

• Lead modernization of Fidelity’s file transfer environment into a cloud-ready platform.
• Drive development of self-service tools and automation to enhance scalability and reduce operational friction.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and business teams to define and execute technology roadmaps.
• Ensure operational excellence through monitoring, incident management, and continuous improvement.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver value.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in a hybrid model with onsite presence every other week in US Fidelity offices
• Proven leadership experience in large-scale systems engineering or infrastructure modernization.
• Strong technical background in data transmission technologies, file transfer protocols, and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Experience with automation, batch processing, SQL, Python, and release management.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with IBM mainframe, distributed application architecture, and CSP services.
• Experience with JCL, TSO, ISPF, Control-M.
• Passion for operational transformation and process automation.
