What you will do

• Collaborate with delivery, technical, and design leads to ensure project success and manage risks
• Contribute to account strategy and delivery assurance reporting
• Manage team resourcing balancing client delivery, team satisfaction, and commercial goals
• Support hiring, performance management, and career development of delivery managers
• Lead bids and build relationships with senior stakeholders to grow client impact
• Share knowledge and contribute to community practices and thought leadership

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the UK with eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC) requiring 5 years UK residency and employment history
• Experience in delivery management with knowledge of multiple delivery methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, Scaled Agile, Waterfall, Lean, XP, Design Sprints)
• Strong stakeholder management and commercial accountability skills
• Ability to mentor and support team members and manage performance issues
• Experience in risk management and quality assurance in delivery projects
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead workshops and client engagements
