What you will do

• Support client-facing pilots, onboarding, and training for legal teams.
• Design and evaluate use cases showcasing AI on real legal tasks such as contract review, research, drafting, and due diligence.
• Apply practical legal experience to assess AI outputs, ensuring accuracy and commercial relevance.
• Capture user insights and translate them into clear, actionable feedback to inform product development.
• Document best practices and contribute to internal playbooks on effective legal AI deployment.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent): newly qualified with hands-on legal workflow experience from a law firm or in-house team.
• Strong academic background (2:1 or above) with exposure to core practice areas like corporate, commercial, finance, or litigation.
• Genuinely interested in legal technology, AI, and workflow automation; comfortable experimenting with prompt engineering.
• Commercially aware, understanding legal team operations and where AI improves efficiency and quality.
• Strong communicator, able to translate effectively between lawyers and technologists.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, capable of critically evaluating AI outputs.
