What you will do

• Conduct job evaluations and benchmarking for internal equity and competitiveness.
• Manage and administer hirify.global's global incentive programs.
• Support the annual compensation review cycle, including salary adjustments and bonuses.
• Participate in salary surveys and ensure data accuracy in HRIS.
• Partner with HR teams on compensation matters and provide analytics on compensation costs.
• Engage in C&B initiatives and related projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a C&B analyst.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related field.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Attention to detail and solid quantitative background.
• Familiarity with compensation structures and job evaluation methods.
• Process-oriented with a proven track record of driving initiatives to closure.
