What you will do

• Develop comprehensive policy strategies for U.S. states relevant to VPP programs.
• Research and summarize state legislation, regulatory proceedings, and utility filings.
• Track political and regulatory elections to assess impacts on market opportunities.
• Identify and map key stakeholders including regulators, utilities, and advocacy groups.
• Use AI tools to synthesize policy research and design internal information-sharing strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to translate policy insights into actionable intelligence.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate or graduate degree in public policy, political science, energy policy, economics, or environmental studies.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Interest in clean energy, grid modernization, and regulatory policy.
• Comfort with technology and interest in using AI or data tools for research.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. as no sponsorship is available.
