What you will do
- Engage and qualify a high volume of inbound leads from marketing channels efficiently.
- Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to deal closure, including virtual product demonstrations.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline.
- Develop long-term relationships with prospects and navigate complex organizational structures.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales development, product, and customer success teams to optimize lead quality and customer experience.
- Continuously improve sales methodologies and product knowledge through training and market research.
Requirements
- Proven inbound sales success (3-7 years) in B2B SaaS selling to North American clients.
- Excellent English communication skills with understanding of North American business culture.
- Strong consultative selling, discovery, objection handling, and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing sales pipelines and using CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Self-motivated, autonomous, and able to work hours aligned with the North American market.
- Tech savvy with familiarity in sales engagement platforms.
Nice to have
- Experience selling in FinTech, HR Tech, or Healthcare industries.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, SPIN Selling, Sandler.
- Strong analytical skills for sales data trends and opportunities.
