Bi Analyst

TL;DR

Data Analyst: Drilling into various data sources and extracting insights to assess and improve product performance with an accent on improving data processes and feature engineering for ML models. Focus on comprehensively communicating technical issues in business language and implementing solutions.

Location: Hybrid (Hamburg, Germany), with 3 core office days. Relocation to Hamburg, Germany is supported.

What you will do

• Analyze data from various sources (Redshift, Spark, SQL, Athena, S3, Druid, AWS) and write scripts to improve processes.
• Calculate statistics, extract actionable insights, and connect them to product value or feature engineering for ML models.
• Communicate data-driven insights and technical issues clearly to diverse internal teams in business language.
• Assess product performance, identify improvement areas, and directly implement solutions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Comprehensive SQL skills (CTEs, joins, window functions).
• Extensive Python experience with Pandas, NumPy, and visualization libraries like Plotly/Matplotlib.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight, Streamlit, or SuperSet.
• Ability to demonstrate coding skills in a live interview.

Nice to have

• Experience with S3, Airflow, boto3, dbt.
• Background in AdTech or Mobile App analytics.
