What you will do

• Discover and translate ambiguous business problems into AI proofs-of-concept
• Prototype end-to-end AI solutions including data readiness, modeling, evaluation, and initial productization
• Create reusable AI components, tooling, and templates to accelerate future projects
• Partner strategically with internal stakeholders such as GTM, Finance, and People teams
• Communicate complex AI concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

• Location: Must work hybrid with presence in San Francisco office on designated days
• 4-8 years experience as Software Engineer or Data Scientist with AI/ML and LLM production familiarity
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• English: Proficient (B2) or higher required
