What you will do
- Take full responsibility for managing assigned categories and product segments.
- Build and maintain strong, sustainable partnerships internally and externally.
- Support brand strategy activation and increase brand visibility and sell-out online and in-store.
- Identify upselling, cross-selling, and service expansion opportunities to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Track and review key performance metrics and KPIs, implementing necessary actions.
- Negotiate effectively to find win-win solutions for clients and .
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Oslo, Norway
- 5+ years retail experience in sales/key account management with sporting goods knowledge.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills for short-, mid-, and long-term account plans.
- Proficiency in sales metrics, margin, inventory management, and KPI tracking.
- Experience with SAP, sales tools, PowerBI, and Microsoft Office.
