Location: Hybrid in Oslo, Norway with 3 days in office and 2 flexible remote days

What you will do

  • Take full responsibility for managing assigned categories and product segments.
  • Build and maintain strong, sustainable partnerships internally and externally.
  • Support brand strategy activation and increase brand visibility and sell-out online and in-store.
  • Identify upselling, cross-selling, and service expansion opportunities to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Track and review key performance metrics and KPIs, implementing necessary actions.
  • Negotiate effectively to find win-win solutions for clients and hirify.global.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Oslo, Norway
  • 5+ years retail experience in sales/key account management with sporting goods knowledge.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills for short-, mid-, and long-term account plans.
  • Proficiency in sales metrics, margin, inventory management, and KPI tracking.
  • Experience with SAP, sales tools, PowerBI, and Microsoft Office.
