What you will do

• Establish and lead a Technical Training Center of Excellence to standardize and deliver comprehensive training
• Develop and manage training protocols, procedures, and a repository of best practices
• Design and implement multi-channel training programs including e-learning and certification
• Define and monitor team performance to drive continuous improvement
• Evaluate and adopt tools and technologies to enhance training operations
• Manage budget and promote a safety-first culture

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to travel frequently across North and Latin America (40–50% travel)
• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred in relevant fields
• 8+ years in technical support, service operations, or training with 5+ years managerial experience
• Strong technical expertise in software, hardware, networking, OS, databases, and cloud technologies
• Experience leading and coaching remote teams
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and training management systems
• Experience in budgeting, resource planning, and project management
• Comfortable working in food processing and outdoor environments
