What you will do
- Establish and lead a Technical Training Center of Excellence to standardize and deliver comprehensive training
- Develop and manage training protocols, procedures, and a repository of best practices
- Design and implement multi-channel training programs including e-learning and certification
- Define and monitor team performance to drive continuous improvement
- Evaluate and adopt tools and technologies to enhance training operations
- Manage budget and promote a safety-first culture
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to travel frequently across North and Latin America (40–50% travel)
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred in relevant fields
- 8+ years in technical support, service operations, or training with 5+ years managerial experience
- Strong technical expertise in software, hardware, networking, OS, databases, and cloud technologies
- Experience leading and coaching remote teams
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and training management systems
- Experience in budgeting, resource planning, and project management
- Comfortable working in food processing and outdoor environments
