What you will do
- Define and lead the overall commercial vision, growth roadmap, and market positioning across global regions.
- Translate business objectives into integrated commercial strategies and execution plans.
- Build and optimize multi-channel acquisition and retention funnels to drive key metrics like FTDs, conversions, and lifetime value.
- Align marketing, sales, business development, and partnership teams into a cohesive revenue engine.
- Strengthen brand identity and develop communication frameworks to enhance trust and recognition.
- Lead and mentor commercial leadership teams across regions to achieve unified performance goals.
Requirements
- Must have 8-10 years experience in Forex/CFD brokerage industry with at least 3 years in senior commercial or leadership roles.
- Proven success in driving revenue growth through integrated marketing, sales, and partnerships.
- Strong command of client acquisition metrics (CAC, LTV, FTD) and their impact on brokerage P&L.
- Experience leading cross-regional teams and managing commercial execution in global markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
