Salary: $110,208 to $137,760 annually

What you will do

• Establish and lead a Technical Support Center of Excellence delivering high-quality customer support
• Develop and optimize technical service protocols, processes, and remote support capabilities
• Manage escalations, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Oversee technical and mechanical support and maintain technical documentation and training materials
• Collaborate with global teams on product quality, PMO, and R&D projects
• Manage budgets, resource planning, and team development

Requirements

• Must be able to travel frequently across North and Latin America
• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred in Engineering or related field
• 8+ years technical support experience with 5+ years in managerial roles
• Strong technical expertise in software, hardware, networking, and cloud technologies
• Proven leadership of remote or distributed technical teams
• Experience with CRM systems and customer service management tools
