What you will do

• Lead AI model development projects involving NLP, LLM, and knowledge graph technologies.
• Set strategic direction for data identification, collection, and model development activities.
• Manage data analysis across multiple complex projects and business units.
• Develop best practices and guidelines for data science and analytical tools.
• Implement new AI technologies in production environments collaborating with product, IT, and engineering teams.
• Present findings and reports to senior technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Boston, MA
• PhD in Computer Science or related STEM with NLP research, or Master’s with 10+ years relevant experience.
• Deep expertise in NLP, LLM, machine learning, knowledge graph, and reasoning.
• Strong Python and SQL programming skills with data engineering and pipeline automation experience.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in data visualization and information design.
