Location: Hybrid, requiring onsite work every other week in a Fidelity office.
Salary: $103,000-211,000 USD per year.

What you will do
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new NQ product capabilities.
- Craft clear, differentiated messaging for target personas.
- Create resources and training for sales and relationship management teams.
- Lead full funnel marketing programs to drive engagement.
- Measure the impact of marketing initiatives on sales pipeline and sponsor engagement.
- Collaborate with product management and marketing teams for alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 8+ years’ experience in marketing strategy & communications preferred.
- Experience in developing integrated marketing programs.
- Strong project management skills.
- Knowledge of employee benefits is preferred.
