What you will do

• Own all IT activities at the facility and act as the single point of contact for plant IT needs
• Participate in key plant meetings and represent IT requirements to central IT teams
• Maintain technology roadmap, IT standards deployment, and compliance with policies and procedures
• Manage incident calls, communicate status to plant personnel, and participate in root cause analysis
• Utilize ServiceNow for incident tracking and support coordination
• Support major IT rollouts including Windows, Office365, hardware refreshes, and network updates

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Reggio Emilia, Italy
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience with 5+ years in related IT roles
• 2-4 years of professional experience in IT support or related field
• English proficiency at B2 level; fluency is a plus
• ITIL v3 Foundation certification highly preferred
• Strong understanding of business processes, SOX, ITIL, and effective communication skills

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
• Experience with business analysis techniques and tools
