What you will do

• Lead delivery of advanced AI/ML solutions leveraging state-of-the-art AI technologies.
• Drive adoption of modern AI development practices and scalable cloud-native architectures.
• Provide technical leadership and engage with senior stakeholders on architecture and strategy.
• Manage, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary AI team fostering innovation and engineering excellence.
• Develop standards, policies, and maintain enduring customer relationships with commercial acumen.

Requirements

• Must have a 2.1 degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Statistics or similar quantitative field.
• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams delivering high-quality AI/ML solutions.
• Strong technical leadership in AI delivery including architecture and product design principles.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML models including time series, supervised/unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and LLMs.
• Experience with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic AI.
• Strong Python skills and software engineering best practices (CI/CD, testing, code reviews).
• Expertise in data engineering for AI with large-scale, unstructured, and multimodal data.
• Understanding of responsible AI principles, model interpretability, and ethical considerations.
• Strong interpersonal skills to lead client projects and manage C-level stakeholders.
• Experience managing and coaching junior team members and wider community.

Nice to have

• Experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), fine-tuning LLMs (GPT, Llama, Claude, Gemini), and ML libraries (scikit-learn, XGBoost).
• Experience with AI data storage, vector databases, semantic search, and knowledge graphs.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects, research publications, and industry events.
• Familiarity with AI security, privacy, and compliance standards such as ISO42001.
