What you will do

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to hiring.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess qualifications.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain recruitment quality.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Provide regular recruitment progress updates and reports.

Requirements

• Fluent English at least B2 level.
• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience; technical recruitment experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solving attitude and curiosity to learn.
• Must be located in Poland or able to work remotely from Poland.
