Location: Remote with flexibility, based in Poland cities: Gdańsk, Katowice, Kraków, Lublin, Opole, Poznan, Warszawa, Wroclaw

What you will do
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to hiring.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess qualifications.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain recruitment quality.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align on role requirements and sourcing strategies.
- Provide regular recruitment progress updates and reports.
Requirements
- Fluent English at least B2 level.
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience; technical recruitment experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude and curiosity to learn.
- Must be located in Poland or able to work remotely from Poland.
