What you will do

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Paid Social Specialists.
• Develop and implement Paid Social strategies aligned with broader digital and business objectives.
• Oversee campaign performance and optimize against KPIs for major blue-chip clients.
• Analyze data using Google Analytics and other tools to derive actionable improvements.
• Manage client relationships and present performance insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure continuous team upskilling and adherence to media best practices.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of proven experience in Paid/Biddable Social Media.
• 2+ years of management experience is advantageous.
• Strong background in performance-driven media and managing large budgets.
• Expertise in Google Analytics, website tagging, and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with eCommerce and CPA strategies.
• Platform certifications such as Meta, TikTok, or LinkedIn.
