What you will do
- Address customers’ technical inquiries and issues post-implementation.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems.
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support.
- Update incident tickets with actions taken.
- Identify hardware and software solutions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- 85% English proficiency.
- 1+ years of experience in tech support or similar role.
- Knowledge of VoIP technology is a plus.
- Experience with remote desktop applications.
