Salary: $100,000 - $130,000

What you will do

• Build, manage, and develop campaigns that drive interest in hirify.global services.
• Analyze and report results, making recommendations to improve metrics.
• Identify new strategies for effective platforms and media in campaigns.
• Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and perform A/B testing.
• Maintain knowledge of digital marketing best practices and hirify.global’s offerings.
• Utilize Salesforce to create, monitor, and track reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and lead generation campaigns.
• Experience with marketing automation tools; HubSpot strongly preferred.
• Exceptional written and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
