What you will do
- Become a systems expert in marketing technology stack including Braze and Amplitude.
- Support marketing campaigns through data architecture and customer segmentation strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts.
- Lead customer marketing innovation and automation opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to enhance campaign targeting and personalization.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States
- Academic background in quantitative or related fields or practical experience in customer lifecycle analytics.
- Experience with Amplitude or Braze platforms.
- Proficiency in A/B and multivariate testing, including design and analysis.
- Working knowledge of SQL and Tableau is desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
