What you will do

• Own and co-author product design strategy ensuring design shapes product functionality at scale.
• Represent design in leadership planning and influence company priorities and resources.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leaders to align roadmaps and company direction.
• Connect design decisions to business metrics like conversion, activation, and retention.
• Define and enforce design standards including interaction patterns, typography, motion, and accessibility.
• Introduce AI-first design patterns and establish design operating systems for quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years in product design with 3+ years leading teams in large-scale SaaS environments
• Experience scaling design teams and deploying design tools to increase velocity.
• Proven ability to influence company strategy through design leadership.
• Strong understanding of micro-interactions and creating objective design standards.
• Experience owning design operations including hiring, performance systems, and tooling.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with onsite presence in Wrocław quarterly
