TL;DR
Technical Customer Success (DevOps): Driving the success and growth of key enterprise accounts for a rapidly growing DevOps scale-up with an accent on technical advisory, usage adoption, and customer satisfaction. Focus on proactively managing accounts, reducing escalations, and applying software engineering or DevOps expertise to complex customer challenges.

Location: London, hybrid working

Salary: Approximately £100,000 basic salary, plus bonus and benefits

What you will do

  • Drive the success of key enterprise accounts proactively.
  • Increase customer satisfaction and reduce escalations.
  • Grow product usage and adoption through technical advisory.
  • Support the success and growth of strategic customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Experience in software post-sales roles, such as technical account management, technical advisory, customer success, or technical success.
  • Technical background in software engineering, software development, software programming, or DevOps engineering.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid role based in London.
