What you will do

• Lead AI-native development using tools like Cursor and GitHub Copilot to accelerate workflows
• Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) for context-driven engineering
• Design and build scalable integrations with third-party marketplaces and APIs
• Develop frontend and backend CRM features using Vue.js and Node.js
• Architect real-time event-based systems with Kafka, RabbitMQ, and ActiveMQ
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of full-time software development experience
• Proven leadership experience in engineering teams and scaling products
• Strong skills in Node.js, Vue.js, MongoDB, and ElasticSearch
• Experience with pub-sub systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ
• Comfortable with AI-powered development tools and agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Nice to have

• Experience with third-party marketplaces such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier
• Open source contributions and familiarity with AI application patterns
• Exposure to plugin architectures or white-label platforms
