What you will do

• Provide technical leadership within the Engagement domain, collaborating with teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code using TypeScript and Node.js.
• Lead and independently own complex projects and components from start to finish.
• Mentor peers and share best practices to foster a collaborative learning environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and product managers to communicate timelines and deliverables.
• Investigate and implement AI for the automation of team processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in software engineering and scalable system design.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js.
• Experience with Svelte or other server-side rendering frameworks like React, NextJS, or Vue.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes (K8s), Rest API, Design Patterns, and WebSockets (Pub/Sub).
• Strong understanding of distributed systems concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Kafka, Golang, ArgoCD, Datadog, and Cloudflare.
