What you will do

• Take full ownership of new product initiatives, moving from initial 0 to 1 prototyping to scaling production-grade systems.
• Experiment and build novel paradigms for human-AI interaction and AI-native workflows.
• Execute swiftly and pragmatically to deliver real value to users while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Utilize data-driven experimentation to identify technical bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
• Architect and design the product with a focus on security, scalability, and an excellent developer experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building web products with a proven track record of delivering user-centric features.
• Fullstack expertise spanning backend, infrastructure, and frontend.
• Strong understanding of AI-driven product development and hands-on experience shipping AI-powered applications.
• Experience working in an agile, fast-moving AI startup environment with a high frequency of production deployments.
• Unforgivingly high standards for code quality and the ability to give and receive candid feedback.
