Security Engineer (AI)

Salary: €61,000–€76,000 per year, plus an annual bonus

What you will do

• Safeguard applications, infrastructure, and data from threats and vulnerabilities.
• Develop threat models, conduct vulnerability scans, penetration tests, and security assessments.
• Define secure coding practices and collaborate with development teams on security reviews.
• Integrate security testing into CI/CD pipelines and support DevSecOps automation.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, analyze root causes, and implement preventive measures.
• Design IAM policies, encryption standards, authentication mechanisms, incident response plans, and security documentation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity, application security, or security engineering.
• Strong knowledge of secure coding principles, OWASP Top 10, and threat modeling.
• Experience with vulnerability scanning tools such as Nessus, Qualys, and Burp Suite, plus penetration testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM, intrusion detection systems, and security monitoring tools.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Knowledge of cloud security in AWS, Azure, or GCP, including IAM, workload protection, encryption, network security, and API security.
