What you will do
- Take full responsibility as project manager for cases in the Lightning Protection Safety research program.
- Deliver projects within time, budget, and quality standards.
- Design and execute safe measurements and tests for electromagnetic fields.
- Lead and guide project teams and collaborate with contractors.
- Build and maintain a network within the Defence and Security sector.
Requirements
- Electrotechnical or Physics background (MSc, PhD).
- Experience in lightning protection, electromagnetic fields, and safety standards.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Effective communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Ability to handle complex technical problems.
