What you will do

• Triage new enterprise requests daily to ensure focus on priorities.
• Conduct extensive scoping with customers for clear launch checklists.
• Educate customers on product integration and project status.
• Identify opportunities for automation to empower users.
• Build a library of documents and processes for efficient client engagement.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in software engineering (Python, React, SQL).
• 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High ownership mentality with a track record of driving outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI and automation.
• Deep technical expertise in full-stack development.
• Former FDE or founder experience.
