Senior Delivery Lead (Fintech)

What you will do

• Assess Agile maturity, ways of working, challenges, and improvement opportunities across delivery teams.
• Shape and advocate for the Delivery Framework in partnership with the Head of Delivery.
• Define and track north star metrics for delivery performance.
• Coach, mentor, and guide Product Managers and delivery teams.
• Identify and remove impediments to fast, high-quality, high-value delivery.
• Lead business-critical delivery initiatives and collaborate with Product Engineering, Operations, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and principles, with the ability to adapt them to real-world team challenges.
• Experience leading complex, business-impacting projects across multiple teams.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading organizational change through coaching, influencing, and process improvement.
• Ability to analyse trends, impediments, and opportunities and develop continuous improvement solutions.
• Right to work in Singapore is required.
