hirify.global is an early-stage, well-funded startup building logistics infrastructure for the internet, serving major retailers like Walmart and 7-Eleven.

What you will do

  • Manage hirify.global’s annual event calendar including conferences, partner activations, customer dinners, and internal gatherings.
  • Oversee event logistics from planning through on-site execution, coordinating vendors, budgets, and materials.
  • Develop project plans and keep teams aligned for each event.
  • Build and coordinate pre- and post-event marketing campaigns and manage attendee lists and CRM accuracy.
  • Track event results including leads, meetings, and pipeline influence.
  • Plan and support internal, customer, and partner events at the San Francisco office.

Requirements

  • Based in the Bay Area and able to work regularly from hirify.global’s San Francisco office.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B event, field, or experiential marketing, ideally in SaaS or tech.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple events, deadlines, and stakeholders with precision.
  • Experience with project management tools like Notion, Asana, or Monday.com.
  • Experience with event campaigns, attendee management, and CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Able to travel frequently (25%+) across the US and global regions.

  • Startup or scaling-stage experience preferred.
