What you will do
- Manage ’s annual event calendar including conferences, partner activations, customer dinners, and internal gatherings.
- Oversee event logistics from planning through on-site execution, coordinating vendors, budgets, and materials.
- Develop project plans and keep teams aligned for each event.
- Build and coordinate pre- and post-event marketing campaigns and manage attendee lists and CRM accuracy.
- Track event results including leads, meetings, and pipeline influence.
- Plan and support internal, customer, and partner events at the San Francisco office.
Requirements
- Based in the Bay Area and able to work regularly from ’s San Francisco office.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B event, field, or experiential marketing, ideally in SaaS or tech.
- Proven ability to manage multiple events, deadlines, and stakeholders with precision.
- Experience with project management tools like Notion, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Experience with event campaigns, attendee management, and CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Able to travel frequently (25%+) across the US and global regions.
