TL;DR

Staff IT Product Manager (Fintech, SaaS): Leading the strategy and delivery of Quote to Revenue processes and Quote to Cash systems, enhancing operational efficiency and productivity. Focus on scaling processes, minimizing manual intervention, and building continuous improvement tools within the Quote to Cash framework.

Location: Hybrid working model, must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area or New York City.

Salary: $165,000–$325,000 USD

What you will do

  • Develop deep platform expertise in Quote to Cash, driving launch efficiencies and scaling systems.
  • Own and drive the IT Product Roadmap for Quote to Cash, defining scope and success criteria.
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for the Quote-to-Cash platform (preferably Salesforce CPQ).
  • Organize and prioritize requirements into product releases that drive business value.
  • Collaborate with product leadership, GTM, and Financial Planning teams to achieve business and product goals.
  • Provide product oversight to ensure a consistent product experience and coordinate integrated cross-functional testing.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant product management experience or 8 years with a Master's degree.
  • Strong understanding of product configurations, pricing, quoting, contract management, and NetSuite Billing.
  • Expertise in Salesforce and common go-to-market and finance business processes.
  • Strong understanding and experience working with Agile/Scrum teams as a Product Owner.
  • Strong domain expertise collaborating with cross-organizational teams.
  • Strong data analysis and metrics skills.
