Execution & Enablement Associate APAC (Operations): Manage and optimize payment partner and processor operations across hirify.global's Payins network with an accent on partner relationship management, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on executing onboarding, incident triage, performance monitoring, and merchant support to ensure smooth go-lives and continuous improvements.

Location: Remote with options in Karachi, Manila, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok

What you will do

  • Execute daily partner and processor operations including onboarding, configuration, and go-live coordination.
  • Triage incidents and tickets, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure timely follow-ups per SLAs.
  • Coordinate with Business Assurance and internal teams to maintain operational continuity and apply market-specific practices.
  • Support enablement activities such as pricing inputs, feature toggles, and payment flow validations.
  • Provide merchant-facing operational support during integrations and act as escalation point for customer service and account management teams.
  • Monitor performance dashboards, compile insights, and maintain partner health metrics and documentation accuracy.

Requirements

  • English fluency required.
  • 2-3 years experience in payments/fintech operations, partner or processor operations, acquiring, or technical support roles.
  • Familiarity with payment flows, APIs, webhooks, routing, settlement, and reconciliation.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL or BI tools is a plus.
  • Experience with ticketing and documentation tools like Jira and Confluence is a plus.
  • Ability to work across time zones and manage multiple priorities with high ownership and organization.
