What you will do

• Perform comprehensive quality checks on operational processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Execute periodic reviews of product launches, transaction processing, and platform updates.
• Generate structured reports documenting quality control activities and corrective actions taken.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in process execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Develop standard operating procedures and recommend solutions to bridge process gaps.
• Coordinate with Product, Technology, and Client Service teams to ensure seamless product launches.

Requirements

• B.Sc in Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in quality control, operations, or financial services.
• Experience in alternative investments or banking operations is strongly preferred.
• Technical proficiency with spreadsheets and business intelligence tools.
• Understanding of databases; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a global environment across different time zones.
